Mystik Lubricants sponsored Matt Hagest and Chris Heinrich who raced personal watercrafts (PWCs) in the Sport and Pro classes of the APBA National Championships September 4 - 7 in Nashville, TN. Matt Hagest won the 2009 World Championship for the Sport Spec class. Matt Hagest completed only three laps of the first Sport Class moto at the APBA Watercross Nationals September 4 - 7 in Nashville, TN and his steering cable bent. He was able to straighten it and filled it with Mystik JT-4 Synthetic 2T Oil and it worked like a miracle lube. He finished 3rd in the 2nd moto for an overall 10th place finish. After such disappointing results, Matt completed a full rebuild from bottom end to top end of his ski before the World Finals in Lake Havasu, AZ October 10-18, 2009. Matt's ski was running like a new ski and he won the 2009 World Championship for the Sport Spec class. For more info, go to www.ijsba.com. |
Team Mystik Lubricants had a photo shoot on Thursday, June24th. The photographer, Steve Hall, heard about the Meet the Teams event for the Elite 50 Redfish tournament so he decided tomeet up with Captain Michael DeLaGarza from team Mystik LubricantsCapt. Mike said that to keep this top of the line machine running he only uses the best lubricants he can find and of course he recommends using synthetics by Mystik Lubricants. Over 100 anglers came out to brave the heat in Lake Charles for the fifth stop of the Cabelas Redfish Series tournament trail. The morning started off with no wind and reports of tailing schools of redfish in backwater marsh which is where the majority of the top teams caught their fish. The Mystik Lubricants team of Karl Schmidt and Richard Frasier won third place. Karl Schmidt, General Manager of Mystik Lubricants said, It was hot, 98+ degrees ………. My trolling motor died which hurt us in trying to upgrade to two perfect fish. We weighed in early and were in first by almost a full pound at 14.93lbs, but then Cajun Phil Broussard and Jim Prado came in with 15.63. We got beat for second by 0.05lbs by a team at the last minute who fished the Sabine jetties. For more info and photos, go to: http://www.saltwaterseries.com/ |
